So here's my Five A Day Salad
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
2 kiwis cubed
1 mango cubed
1 tomato cubed and de-seeded (for the most part)
salt and pepper.
Ta - Da! An easy salad perfect along side a baked chicken breast.
